Terms of Service

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms (the "Terms") govern the use of DealerHub (the "Service"), including dealerhub.design, the admin panel, the API, the documentation and all associated software features.

DealerHub is a subscription-based SaaS platform for car dealers, developed and operated by DealerHub Studio, a natural person resident in Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia.

DealerHub is not a vehicle seller, does not act as an intermediary in vehicle sales and is not an automotive marketplace. Customers use the platform to manage their own inventory, vehicle pages, lead forms, CRM and analytics.

Payments for online subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for payment processing, applicable sales tax / VAT, receipts / invoices, refunds and chargebacks related to the online purchase.

By registering, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service we provide

DealerHub provides:

• A hosted website for your vehicle showroom
• An administrator interface for managing inventory, inquiries and content
• Automated publishing to connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Reklama5, Pazar3)
• CRM for leads and inquiries
• Analytics and reporting
• Technical support according to the chosen plan

Detailed features are described on our home page and vary depending on the pricing tier (Presence / Starter / Pro / Business / Enterprise).

3. Pricing and payment

3.1 Plans

• Presence — €29/month · up to 20 vehicles, 1 admin user, FB publishing
• Starter — €69/month · up to 50 vehicles, 2 admin users, FB + IG + Reklama5
• Pro — €129/month · up to 200 vehicles, 5 admins, all 4 platforms, AI ad copy, custom domain
• Business — €229/month · unlimited, white-label, API access, lead scoring
• Enterprise — Contact sales · multi-location, dedicated manager, SLA · not sold through Lemon Squeezy

DealerHub provides hosted SaaS templates and configurable themes. Customers can choose a template and configure branding, logo, colors, vehicle inventory and content directly within the platform. DealerHub does not sell custom web design, marketing agency services or vehicle marketplace services through Lemon Squeezy. All four self-serve plans (Presence, Starter, Pro, Business) are purely monthly SaaS subscriptions for access to the platform.

All plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, automatic monthly billing begins unless the customer cancels the subscription.

3.2 Payment method

All online payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record (MoR). Lemon Squeezy processes credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and other payment methods according to their availability, and issues a receipt / invoice after each successful payment. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for PCI compliance, sales tax / VAT, refunds and chargebacks related to the online purchase.

The subscription renews automatically each month using the same payment method, unless cancelled via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by email to us. All prices are stated in EUR and do not include local taxes; Lemon Squeezy automatically calculates and collects applicable taxes (VAT / GST / Sales Tax) based on your location.

3.3 Late payment

• 1–15 days past due: Email reminder
• 30 days past due: Warning banner in your admin
• 60+ days past due: Account suspended (the site shows "Coming Soon")
• 90+ days past due: Possible termination of the contract

3.4 Price changes

We will not increase prices during the first 12 months of an active subscription. Any future increase will be announced 60 days in advance by email.

4. Your data is your property

All content (vehicle photos, descriptions, inquiries, analytics) belongs to you. We are only a processor under the DPA.

At any time you may:

• Export all data in CSV / ZIP format (no questions asked)
• Request full deletion after termination of the contract
• Migrate your domain to another host

5. Customer obligations

By using the Service, you undertake to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business
• Use the Service in accordance with the law and ethical standards
• Not publish false, misleading or illegal content
• Not use the platform for spam or abuse
• Protect your login credentials (passwords, System User tokens)
• Respect third-party copyright (images, content)

Breach of these obligations may result in temporary suspension or termination of the contract, without a refund of amounts paid for the current month.

6. SLA and availability

6.1 Target uptime

• Presence / Starter / Pro: 99.5% monthly (allowed downtime up to 3h 40min)
• Business: 99.9% monthly (allowed downtime up to 43min)
• Enterprise: 99.9%+ with SLA guarantee defined in a separate agreement

6.2 Scheduled maintenance

Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48h in advance, typically during a Sunday window 22:00–06:00 CET. Scheduled maintenance does not count as downtime.

6.3 Support

7. Intellectual property

Ours: The DealerHub software, design, code and visual identity. We do not grant you the right to copy or resell the software itself.

Yours: Your logo, brand, content (images, descriptions) and customer database. You grant us a license to use them within DealerHub; the license may be revoked upon termination.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under any dispute is limited to the total amount paid by you over the previous 12 months.

We are not liable for:

• Lost revenue due to downtime outside the SLA
• Issues with the Facebook / Instagram / Pazar3 / Reklama5 APIs beyond our control
• Data lost due to your own error (deleted from the admin)
• Content posted by your users (you are responsible for moderation)

9. Termination

9.1 By you

You may terminate the contract at any time with 30 days' notice by email to hello@dealerhub.design.

9.2 By us

We may terminate the contract with 60 days' notice, except in the event of a material breach of the Terms (in which case immediate termination is possible).

9.3 What happens to your data

• 30-day export window — full access to export content and data
• 90-day archive — data is archived and may be restored
• After 90 days — full deletion from the database and backup systems

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Macedonian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall attempt to resolve it amicably. If unsuccessful, the Basic Court in Skopje shall have jurisdiction.

For consumers resident in the EU: you have the right to access the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

11. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

By using DealerHub, you agree to:

11.1 You may

• Manage your own inventory with accurate descriptions and photos of vehicles
• Use export / import and listing management features in accordance with the terms of the platforms on which you independently publish
• Collect leads from prospective buyers via the site's forms
• Export your data at any time (CSV, ZIP)

11.2 You may not

• Enter false or misleading vehicle descriptions (price, mileage, technical condition)
• Use third-party photographs without permission (copyright infringement)
• Use the platform for inventory of stolen vehicles or vehicles without valid documents
• Send spam or harassment to prospective buyers
• Reverse-engineer the platform, its code or its API
• Resell the platform under another name without written permission
• Use the platform for activities that violate local laws
• Attempt to circumvent security restrictions, rate limits or access controls

A breach of these rules may result in immediate suspension of the account without a refund for the current month, as well as notification of the competent authorities where applicable. Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record may likewise hold or reverse transactions in case of a proven breach of their policies.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to you 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
