Refund Policy
DealerHub offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
All new customers have 14 days from their first successful payment to request a full refund without the need to provide a reason. The goal is to let you try the platform risk-free.
2. When a refund may be requested
A refund (full or partial) may be requested if:
- The service does not work as described on dealerhub.design
- Technical issues are not resolved within 7 business days of being reported
- You have a legitimate reason for dissatisfaction with the quality of the service
- You are within the 14-day money-back window
3. When a refund is NOT available
- After 14 days from first successful access to the admin panel (for new customers)
- For customers who have violated the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
- For monthly renewals — refund applies only to the first month; subsequent months may be cancelled at any time, but without a refund for the period already billed
- For optional enterprise contracts or specifically negotiated work outside the Lemon Squeezy subscription (governed by the separate agreement)
4. How to request a refund
- Send an email to hello@dealerhub.design with the subject: "Refund Request — [account name]"
- In the email, provide:
- Email address of the account
- Date of the first payment
- A brief description of the reason (optional for money-back within the first 14 days)
- We respond within 3 business days
- If the refund is approved, we process it through Lemon Squeezy
- Lemon Squeezy returns the funds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
5. Refunds via Lemon Squeezy
Because Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for our online payments, the actual transfer of funds is performed by their system. This means:
- The refund will appear on your statement as a return from Lemon Squeezy, not from DealerHub
- Processing time depends on your bank / card issuer (typically 5–10 business days)
- You can track the status via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link in your email confirmation)
- Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) are refunded together with the base amount
6. Cancellation without a refund
If you are past the 14-day window and wish to discontinue use:
- You may cancel the subscription at any time via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by emailing us
- The service remains active until the end of the current paid period
- There are no further charges after that
- Your data remains accessible for 30 days for export, then archived for 90 days — see §9 of the Terms
7. Disputes (Chargebacks)
If you have a payment-related dispute, please contact us first at hello@dealerhub.design before filing a chargeback through your bank or card issuer. In the vast majority of cases we can resolve the issue faster than the formal chargeback process.
Lemon Squeezy handles chargeback claims according to their policies. Unjustified chargebacks (e.g. abuse of the service followed by a chargeback) may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal consequences.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance by email to active customers and via an updated date on this page. Changes do not apply retroactively to periods already paid for.

This policy applies in conjunction with the Terms of Service and with the terms of Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. In the event of a conflict between our policy and the Lemon Squeezy payment terms, the Lemon Squeezy terms prevail.
